What is General Body Membership?
General Body Membership in PASA is open to students currently enrolled in Public Administration, Governance, or Public Policy degree programs at any recognized university in Pakistan. Members become part of a national platform for academic excellence, professional growth, and leadership.

Obligations of GB Members
- Respect PASA’s Constitution, Code of Conduct, and all official guidelines.
- Actively participate in events, programs, and campaigns.
- Provide all required forms and documents when asked.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
- Help grow PASA by promoting awareness and engagement.
- Fulfill any dues or contributions (if required), unless officially exempt.
Who Can Avail the Membership?
- Must be currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Public Administration, Governance, or Public Policy at a recognized university in Pakistan.
- The applicant’s university must have an active PASA Chapter recognized by the Central Executive Cabinet (CEC) of PASA.
- Must have a genuine interest in learning, leadership, and service.
- Must be willing to follow PASA’s Constitution and Code of Conduct.
- Must submit a physical membership form, duly filled and signed, to the respective Chapter Administration.
- Required to submit a copy of the Student ID Card or Enrollment Proof, CNIC Copy, and a Passport-size Photo along with the form.
- Application must be verified and approved by the Chapter Administrator before onboarding.
How to Avail the Membership?
Step 1: Get the Membership Form
- Collect the printed Membership Form from your University’s PASA Chapter Administration.
- Printed Forms are also distributed to students (on campus) during the PASA Membership Drives in February and September.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form
- Use a blue or black pen to complete the printed form neatly.
- Provide correct personal, academic, and contact details.
- Ensure that all sections are filled properly.
Step 3: Attach Required Documents
With your filled form, attach the following:
- Copy of your Student ID Card or Enrollment Proof
- Recent Passport-size Photograph
- Copy of CNIC/Form B
Step 4: Submit the Form
- Submit the completed form and attachments to your PASA Chapter Administration.
- Forms are collected during membership campaigns or at any time upon request.
Step 5: Verification & Approval
- The Chapter Administration will verify your form and documents.
- Verified forms are forwarded through the proper regional and national channels for final approval.
Step 6: Receive Your Membership Card
- Once approved, you’ll be notified to collect your PASA Membership Card from your Chapter Administration.
- This card is your official identity as a PASA Member.
Step 7: Engage & Participate
- Join your Chapter’s WhatsApp group and PASA official channels.
- Stay updated on Events, Programs, Activities, and Opportunities.
- Active members receive priority access to opportunities, including leadership positions, internships, and national-level events.
